Product Introduction:
The H12V190 series diesel engine is a new generation engine developed to meet the growing demands of the petroleum industry and enhance the advancement and reliability of domestic drilling equipment. This engine was co-developed by our company and AVL (Austria), based on the new 190-series diesel engine platform. It incorporates advanced foreign engine structures and technologies, with focused improvements on reliability, fuel efficiency, power performance, sealing (to eliminate leakage), appearance quality, and maintenance convenience. As a result, the power and economy indicators have significantly improved, better meeting the power requirements of various drilling rigs, generator sets, and construction machinery.
The diesel coupler unit consists mainly of a diesel engine, coupler, coupling, auxiliary cooling system, and a common base frame. The coupler is a new type of hydrodynamic transmission device that transmits power via fluid flexibility, using changes in fluid momentum to transfer torque. Thanks to its unique advantages over other transmission methods, it is increasingly applied in engineering machinery, lifting and transport, railway, metallurgy, mining, ports, ships, coal mining, petroleum, power generation, forestry, agricultural machinery, light industry, and military equipment.
The H12V190 diesel coupler unit covers a power range of 800kW to 1200kW. Transmission ratios can be customized to user requirements. It supports both forward and reverse rotation and features load start, overload protection, stepless speed regulation, torsional vibration isolation, impact damping, and fast clutching without shock—making it an ideal mechanical power source for mud pumps and drilling rig main drives.
